We rely on member support to maintain our beautiful front entrance and other common areas. Many other benefits of membership are listed here. To join the association or renew your membership for the current year:

Complete the directory information form below and click the Submit Form button.
Pay your $50 annual maintenance fee. You have two options: (OPTION 1) Pay online by clicking the Pay Maintenance Fee Online button below the form; you can pay via a credit card with a $2.20 processing fee or via an electronic bank transfer with a $.45 fee, OR (OPTION 2) Contact a member of the Huntington Park Homeowners Board of Directors via email to make arrangements for direct payment of dues.

*You can optionally pay your garden bed fee at the same time as your maintenance fee (the convenience fee on the total amount is 3.5% plus $0.45). New residents receive complimentary memberships for the remainder of the calendar year in which they move into the neighborhood.
